Gather ’round, ye witches and wizards so wise,
For a spell to unlock the mind’s creative guise.
With ink from a pen, begin the brew,
And to it add a silly sketch or two.
A line from a story, written with flair,
Will imbue the mix with fantastical air.
Now count out thirty and one bright ideas,
And a dash of whimsy from between your ears.
From a bat take its upside-down-ness so queer,
And mix in a cat’s quick wits and austere.
A frog’s leapability so spry and keen,
And a spider’s design, an intricate sheen.
Lastly, the petals from an English rose red,
Will complete the spell, just as I said.
Now all in the cauldron mix and blend,
And heat it with Gruff’s fiery breath, my friend.
With a chant and a stir, the magic’s begun,
To unlock creativity in everyone!
So drink up, dear friends, it tastes just like tea!
And watch as your wondrous mind breaks free.
Thank you to everyone who followed, supported, commented or looked on from a distance.
And here’s a golden oldie to keep you rocking on your heels – Happy Halloween!

So, just like that its over? Like, read it and weep, and move on. The cauldron is hot, for the remainder of the day and then will be allowed to cool? Thanks for a fun Inktober, Jules.

Inktober is over, the witches who conceived this hellish month-long task are in the cauldron, and Jules is again freed to pursue her whimsies of choice. Bravo!

Yes! Released into the wilds of my very own mind. I don’t know if that’s a good thing…
Anyway, now to Wales…;P

Dragons were my favorite things to draw in pen and ink. I used to be very good at it.

Oh! Now you tell me! Just like Paul M, we have a drawing expert in the mix. I must see one. Perhaps a dragon postcard?

I know. A whole month and everything!
Thank you for all your support, my sweet, it’s much appreciated!
The green notebook is fire-resistant as it has an ice spell over it.
Gruff the tragic dragon takes no prisoners. You saw how he was with Petal.
Happy All Hallows. The Great British Bake Off is doing botanicals. I would have thought pumpkins were in order but they sing their own tune; which I kind of like. *)

Not easy to write a post every single day for a month, but you did it… and with a drawing every day too.
Seriously well done.
