It’s not very often I get a letter from Downing street so I thought I’d share this piece of history in the making. From our Prime Minister, Boris Johnson. May he fully recover and get back to the helm as soon as possible.

Well, the thing is BW, I don’t know if I want to go out anymore…it’s an interesting thing that has happened to me in that I believe I have slowly been turned into a hermit. And, let me tell you, I’m the first one that wants to be out and about supping cocktails with my pals. I think it’s turned me neurotic.

Once the virus has passed, will people go back to being sick – in the way that they were pre-virus? The reaper is culling a few but not that many. The shut down itself is culling a few(er) in its own way and will ruin its share.
But LUCIFER remains (and rules supreme in Nottingham) and isn’t taking guff from anyone. BOJO didn’t mention him in his letter. Don’t let him know that he was snubbed.

I don’t know what’s going to happen. I guess that people will tread cautiously for a few days and then go out of control and revert to type. Isn’t that what we always do?

Boris is gonna make it, that poor doctor who warned of the PPE shortages in the UK wasn’t so lucky. you guys should have a Vice Prime Minister, the Vice Minister. stay safe, mah dahlin, you guys are in the teeth of this thing right now………*)

Very cool that you got a letter from BoJo ! He’s a great leader and I pray he fully recovers.
Not trying to distract from your shining moment Julesy, but I once got a letter from HoJo !
It was a coupon from Howard Johnson’s for an ice cream soda. But it was to me, and ONLY me !
And YES, I used it.
I am keeping you and BoJo in my nightly prayers for recovery.
I’m afraid it’s too late for HoJo ‘s though.

When I first went to Florida with my friend we stayed in a Howard Johnson. What a shed. I remember my feet used to stick to the hallway carpets. Nice. Are they still around?

Of course they are still around, and they have preserved their iconic sticky carpets in most locations.
Little known PPS factoid :
I worked at HoJo’s as a soda jerk in Aberdeen, NC during high school summer breaks !
I was so good at my job they didn’t even want to let this jerk off!

Not only am I an ace at RB floats, I make a killer Black Cow!
I don’t stop at the traditional swirl of chocolate syrup…I also use chocolate ice cream !!
My Dear Julesy….if ever the opportunity arose, you can be assured your fruitti would be tuttied!
We would use the left over whipped cream from your RB float for other pleasant purposes.
